">About the Job

This role involves working with students aged 10-17 from diverse backgrounds and cultures. As a Course Leader, you will lead a group of students on a two-to-four-week educational journey, providing guidance, support, and mentorship throughout their experience.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Traveling with the students to the destination and working closely with an international team to ensure a seamless and engaging program.
  • Providing emotional support and addressing any issues that may arise during the program.
  • Making informed decisions under pressure and contributing to problem-solving efforts as a member of the international team.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to think critically, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, are confident, and have a positive attitude. A proficiency in English (B2) and fluency in Danish are essential requirements for this role.

In addition, we welcome applications from individuals with teaching or pedagogical experience, particularly those with a background in working with minors.
