Global Marketing Programs Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Commercial Marketing Programs team at Agilent Technologies, a leading company in the industry. As a Global Marketing Programs Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing global marketing programs to support the company's sustainability products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with commercial marketing, brand, and PR teams to create innovative marketing program and campaign strategies that drive awareness and demand generation.
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing Program Managers, field, and channel partners to analyze competitive information, market, and customer data, and develop effective program development that meets multi-regional needs.
- Work with Segment Marketing managers, Product Marketing Managers, Brand, PR, Corporate Environmental Social Governance (ESG), and Marketing Communications professionals to develop strategic customer-centric messaging and positioning.
- Perform financial analyses and build cases for programs, identifying target audiences and offers, and working with Marcom to develop program plans and the appropriate marcom mix.
- Define sustainability messaging, content requirements, SEO, SEM, and Social Media strategies in partnership with the Commercial Marketing Brand Organization.
- Measure and evaluate the short- and long-term impacts and return on investment of programs, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement of program strategy and design.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Post-graduate and/or certification in Marketing may be required.
- 8+ years of marketing experience for entry to this level.
- 5+ years of demonstrated results in a commercial marketing role.
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability efforts worldwide recommended.
- Experience developing B2B marketing programs and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and demand.
- Proven results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal-focused plans that align with strategic objectives.
