About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Commercial Marketing Programs team at Agilent Technologies, a leading company in the industry. As a Global Marketing Programs Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing global marketing programs to support the company's sustainability products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative marketing program and campaign strategies to support awareness and demand generation goals.
  • Collaborate with commercial marketing, brand, and PR teams to create effective program development that meets multi-regional needs.
  • Work with Segment Marketing managers, Product Marketing Managers, Brand, PR, and Marketing Communications professionals to develop strategic customer-centric messaging and positioning.
  • Perform financial analyses and build cases for programs, identifying target audiences and offers for a program.
  • Define sustainability messaging, content requirements, SEO, SEM, and Social Media strategies in partnership with the Commercial Marketing Brand Organization.
  • Measure and evaluate the short- and long-term impacts and return on investment of programs, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement of program strategy and design.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Post-graduate and/or certification in Marketing may be required.
  • 8+ years marketing experience for entry to this level.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated results in a commercial marketing role.
  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability efforts worldwide recommended.
  • Experience developing B2B marketing programs and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and demand.
  • Proven results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal-focused plans that align with strategic objectives.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $127,000 - $235,000.
  • Eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.
  • Option to work remotely.
  • Travel required: 10% of the time.
  • Full-time schedule with no end date.
