We are seeking a highly experienced financial professional to join our team as a Group Financial ESG Controller.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of EU Taxonomy reporting requirements for the Hartmann Group and THORNICO Group.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of complex regulations and translate them into actionable reporting practices.
  • Collaborate closely with our ESG team to drive the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
  • Play a key role in driving the sustainability agenda while maintaining traditional Group financial consolidation and controlling skills.
About You
  • Extensive experience in group financial consolidation, reporting, and controlling, with a strong interest in expanding into sustainability reporting.
  • Relevant financial qualification, such as a master's degree, Graduate Diploma (HD) in accounting, or equivalent.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in financial or non-financial reporting, controlling, and/or auditing for large or medium-sized global groups.
  • Solid knowledge of consolidation and reporting, with familiarity with CSRD and EU Taxonomy a plus.
