As part of this effort, we are seeking a skilled Project Sales Manager to drive our ambitious decarbonization strategy forward. This role involves managing large sales projects that convert existing fleets to environmentally friendly fuels, focusing on retrofit solutions that reduce emissions and promote sustainable energy practices.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the development and execution of sales strategies for decarbonization projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and qualify project leads
  • Conducting customer visits and promoting sales through targeted interactions
  • Fostering strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

About You

We are seeking someone with a passion for sustainability, excellent communication skills, and experience in sales and project management. A background in commercial or technical fields (e.g., Naval Architect, Marine Engineer, Mechanical Engineer) and fluency in English are essential requirements. Previous experience in large project sales B2B and knowledge of ships or large engines are also desirable.
