We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our Retrofit & Upgrade department, playing a pivotal role in forming and supporting decarbonization strategies for major shipping companies.

This role requires a strong technical background, ideally within marine or shipping industries, as well as extensive sales experience. You will be responsible for raising awareness of our retrofit solutions and their impact on achieving sustainability goals, coordinating with local sales managers, and ensuring handover of sold projects to project managers.

You will also participate in exhibitions, seminars, and planning of global sales strategies, introducing new innovative solutions to major shipping companies. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent networking skills, communicates fluently in English, and is proactive, self-driven, and quality-oriented.
