About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Outlet Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service standards across all outlets. Your duties will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Ensuring guests are served within specified time frames
  • Providing menu recommendations and answering questions regarding food and beverage options
  • Anticipating and responding to guest needs promptly and tactfully
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the outlet
  • Reviewing order dockets to ensure accurate and timely preparations
  • Presenting final bills to guests and processing payments
  • Performing shift closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights
  • Conducting monthly inventory checks on operating equipment and supplies
  • Coaching and developing junior staff members

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
  • Experience in all aspects of restaurant service
  • Strong leadership and training skills, with the ability to motivate employees to work effectively as a team
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu presentation and handling cash transactions
  • Able to stand for long hours and work in the heat during your shift
  • Passion for providing exceptional guest service
