Organizational Development Specialist (maternity cover)

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Organizational Change Leader to drive cross-functional collaboration and enhance global efficiency at Lundbeck A/S, H. The ideal candidate will have solid project management skills and a global approach to the employee lifecycle.

This is a one-year maternity cover based at our headquarters in Copenhagen. As part of Lundbeck People & Culture - Organizational Development and Change Management CoE you will become part of a diverse team where unique perspectives and experiences are valued as part of a project's development process.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Leading workstreams in complex organizational change efforts.
  2. Developing and implementing global P&C processes that align with the organization's strategic direction and business goals.
  3. Ensuring successful implementation of transformation initiatives by linking processes with company-wide strategies and operational practices.
  4. Challenging existing practices and providing expert advice and recommendations for improving overall organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  5. Cultivating a positive can-do approach where teamwork and collaboration are key drivers to successful deliverables.
