Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Global Logistics Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. Your responsibilities may include managing and monitoring end-to-end shipment processes, coordinating with various stakeholders, and orchestrating the overall flow of shipments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor end-to-end shipment processes, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including shippers, customers, key account managers, and other teams, to ensure seamless process flow.
  • Provide value-added services to customers through effective business solutions, leveraging your knowledge of logistics and supply chain management operations.
  • Resolve queries and concerns from customers in a timely and accurate manner, escalating difficulties as needed.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, identifying and mitigating errors, and implementing preventive measures to eliminate repetition.
  • Prepare and submit documents accurately and on time, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Cross-sell and upsell opportunities to customers, focusing on customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal operating procedures (IOPs), identifying deviations and sharing them proactively with customers and reporting heads.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience within logistics and related areas.
  • Good knowledge of logistics companies and supply chain management operations, from both origin and destination.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
  • A strong understanding of operational processes and the ability to convey urgency and drive issues to closure.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for driving closures and delivering high-level customer service.
