Content Creator for On-Air Promos

Copenhagen is home to a leading global TV and media company seeking a highly organized Content Coordinator. As the main point of contact for external promo production suppliers, you will ensure smooth production processes, timely delivery, and clear communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for planning and ordering all on-air promo assets using Monday, a marketing production tool. You will add, update, and tweak project details, agreeing on deadlines and timelines with our primary promo supplier.
- Organize key-art shoots, obtain quotes, book crew, studios, and create call-sheets.
- Liaise with talent and agents for shoots when necessary.
- Book agencies and/or freelancers for post-production of key art, such as retouching and compositing.
- Work closely with the creative team to plan and prepare for upcoming campaigns, both on and off air.
- Maintain ongoing communications with production companies regarding material ordering where needed.
- Lead weekly production meetings with the marketing department to review project status.
- Liaise with other departments, including Planning, PR, and programming.
- Assist with legal and compliance matters, including GDPR management across projects.
- Help with music and footage clearances and reporting.
- Create project folders in DAM and ensure assets are uploaded, such as programme logos, promos, and key art.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, proactive, and curious individual who loves production, is highly organized, and can make things happen. They should have production experience from a broadcaster or production company, with experience organizing shoots. Knowledge of post-production is an advantage. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and teamwork are essential.
Estimated Salary:DKK 50,000 - 70,000 per month, depending on experience.
