Global Process Owner, Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance professional to join our team as a Global Process Owner. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance across our supply chain, working closely with stakeholders to support line of business in achieving compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects that demonstrate significant impact on processes and culture.
- Develop and implement global quality systems and processes.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and address compliance gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and reporting.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and KPIs.
Requirements
- Relevant education, such as a Master's degree in pharmacy, engineering, or business-oriented.
- 5+ years of relevant working experience within QA or manufacturing in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical mindset.
- Experience with data visualization and diagnostics.
