We are now seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our dynamic Nordic team as a Sales and Marketing Assistant. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to the continued success of our rapidly growing business.

As a key member of our Nordic team, you will be responsible for launching new products in close collaboration with our Nordic General Manager and HQ in Bayreuth. You will drive the implementation of our Nordic League retail excellence program, create sell-in decks for marketing campaigns and commercial activities, and support the execution of our Nordic assortment strategy.

You will also collect and distribute market insights relevant to all Nordic markets, monitor Nordic key account websites for stock availability on a weekly basis, and develop and maintain a retail sell-out tool for our top 10 retail partners in the Nordics. Additionally, you will be responsible for point-of-sale (POS) materials, ordering, stock management, and in-store POS inspiration.

As a critical member of our sales and marketing team, you will assist the General Manager in the annual planning and budgeting process and undertake ad-hoc tasks related to sales and marketing.
