Job Description:

This role involves coordinating facility maintenance tasks, supporting new store openings, and administering requests from stores.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and analytical skills, with excellent communication skills in both Danish and English. Experience in construction or facility management is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate incoming maintenance tasks
  • Support new store openings
  • Administrate requests from stores and ongoing projects
  • Analyze and report data from the Facility Management department
  • Administrate leases and support on service- and corporation agreements
  • Administrate ESG reporting on facility management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English
  • Great with numbers and Excel skills
