Job Overview
Lundbeck is seeking an experienced Senior Director/Head of Department to lead our PK/PD Modelling & Simulation department. As a key member of our Clinical Development team, you will be responsible for managing a team of seven professionals with multidisciplinary competence in research and clinical PK/PD modelling.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the PK/PD Modelling & Simulation department to ensure the generation of PK/PD documentation in relation to drug development and the implementation of modelling and simulation in all projects.
- Contribute to clinical development plans by integrating cutting-edge PK/PD modelling and simulation approaches.
- Represent the department in cross-functional teams and ensure PK/PD input to global clinical development plans.
- Provide scientific input to reports and documents for PK/PD-related sections.
- Interpret preclinical PK data to inform human dose projections.
About the Team
You will be managing a team of seven people with multidisciplinary competence in research and clinical PK/PD modelling. As members of our Clinical Development team, they work in a matrix environment together with clinicians, clinical pharmacologists, biomarker experts, and other specialists.
