About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Projects & Innovation team. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in supporting Plesner's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic programs and initiatives from start to finish
  • Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of projects, meeting relevant goals
  • Develop and implement program strategies aligning with firm objectives
  • Ambassador, role model, and advisor for Plesner's project methods and management systems
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform risk analyses and manage risks related to program activities
  • Identify and implement improvements to program and project management processes
  • Collect and manage ideas and feedback from colleagues
  • Prepare regular reports on program progress and results

About You

  • Possess a degree in management, business administration, or similar field
  • At least four years of experience in management consulting or similar role with focus on program and project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, analytical sense, and ability to work autonomously and in teams
  • Experience working with strategic initiatives and change management
  • Sytematic, structured, and analytical approach with attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to identify and implement improvements
  • Goal-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality results
  • Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
  • Natural and informal manager of projects and initiatives, energized by working with people
