We are looking for a skilled Sales Operations Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing the full capabilities of Salesforce's automation and reporting hubs to support the sales team, including measurement, tracking, and analytics across the entire funnel.
You will leverage your expertise in SFDC, SQL, and BI tools to track and analyze key metrics such as pipeline growth and velocity, win/loss rates, activity measurement, and quota attainment.
You will own the data process from tracking to delivering insights, aiming to improve sales performance and revenue attainment and growth. You will also calculate EG's share of wallet across a specific number of customers and assess customer usage stats to devise churn-prevention mechanisms and expansion/upsell triggers.
