Motion Capture E-commerce Strategist

Rokoko, a global leader in motion capture technology, seeks an E-Commerce Manager to propel our online sales to new heights. As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and optimizing our digital sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of e-commerce operations, including managing the online store and product listings, analyzing sales and lead generation data, and coordinating commercial campaigns with the marketing team.
• Identify barriers to conversions and implement changes to improve user experience on the website, ensuring a frictionless purchase experience for customers.
• Update and facilitate creation of new web marketing content through experiments and tests to maximize conversions.
• Optimize SEO to boost quality traffic and coordinate paid ads and performance marketing with external agencies.
• Help analyze large data sets to uncover insights for commercial growth and supervise maintenance of the web tech stack.
• Implement company-wide initiatives on marketing and e-com websites in collaboration with colleagues in marketing, sales, and product.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in overseeing and optimizing e-commerce and/or SaaS operations for a global brand, preferably in the tech or creative industries.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in web tracking, data analysis, and interpretation, with experience using analytics tools and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Digital marketing expertise, including SEO strategies, paid advertising campaigns, and content marketing to drive new quality traffic.
• Low-code web platform experience, particularly with Webflow and Shopify, and enough technical knowledge to confidently deploy web content.
• International market knowledge, with experience managing e-commerce operations across multiple countries and understanding regional differences in consumer behavior and regulations.
• Familiarity with the motion capture industry or related fields like VFX, gaming, or 3D animation is a plus.
