We're seeking a Customer Engagement Strategist to drive customer experience transformation through innovative email and membership programs.

This role involves crafting meaningful customer connections by leveraging analytical, technical, and creative skills. You'll optimize our customer club and loyalty platform while leading impactful email and app marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Loyalty Program Management: Enhance the Customer Club across platforms to drive engagement, retention, and traffic. Design personalized features and campaigns using insights and CRM tools like Antavo and Klaviyo.
  2. Email Marketing: Lead and optimize email campaigns to boost retail and e-commerce traffic, leveraging segmentation and data-driven personalization for effective communication.
  3. Collaboration: Partner with E-commerce, local, and global teams to align CRM initiatives and champion loyalty program communication across departments.
  4. Insights & Optimization: Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to refine strategies and track KPIs, ensuring measurable business impact.
  5. Data & Compliance: Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection standards.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, membership/loyalty programs, and a strong understanding of retail and e-commerce industries.

Familiarity with platforms like Antavo (loyalty cloud), Klaviyo (CRM), or similar CRM systems is necessary, along with analytical mindset and proficiency in utilizing KPIs and data-driven approaches.

You will work closely with the Customer Engagement team and report to the Head of Customer Engagement.
