The Position Overview
- Management and team leadership of 12 skilled and engaged colleagues
- Continues development of the Administrative Centre of Excellence setup to support the entire Aseptic Manufacturing Science and Technology (AMSAT) organisation
- Drive operational excellence through best-practices, standards and digitalisation of processes
- Ownership and further development of the digital platform to handle administrative requests
- Secure a robust AMSAT facility setup and close collaboration to EHS, facility project management on a variety of facility- and expansions projects
You will join the Business Support management group and set direction and drive initiatives across Business Support together with your colleagues.

- You are highly structured and able to independently and efficiently execute on activities and set direction for as well as support a team
- You are good at communicating and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- You can create an engaging work environment where continuous learning is the key to success
Salary: €85,000 - €105,000 per year
