Novo Nordisk AMSAT (Aseptic Manufacturing Science and Technology) is seeking a skilled Training Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring competency development across our organisation of 1300 employees.

The Position

In this key leadership position, you will lead a team of 14 highly skilled professionals who deliver high-quality training support to all departments in AMSAT. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing standardised training solutions aligned with the corporate training approach.
  • Ensuring world-class training administration and compliance in our systems.

Your main objectives will be to:

  • Lead the training team while upholding the values of the Novo Nordisk Way.
  • Set clear targets and drive performance to achieve these goals.
  • Implement the NN corporate training strategy.
  • Foster stakeholder relationships across departments and ensure they receive exceptional support.
  • Maintain a balance between operational and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A passion for developing a high-performing team.
  • 2-4 years of leadership experience, preferably within training or a GMP-regulated area.
  • Solid experience in change and stakeholder management.
  • The ability to set direction, engage others, and prioritise according to strategic aspirations.
  • A relevant degree in business administration, human resources, people or organisational development, learning science, psychology, or similar.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Experience with GMP, LEAN, and driving projects in a large organisation is an advantage.

About the Role

This position offers a competitive salary of approximately €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our training colleagues are centralised in AMSAT Training but implement initiatives together with our stakeholders in all departments. The training team is anchored in Business Support, and as AMSAT is growing, training and onboarding initiatives are well supported by the AMSAT Management. You will join a network of Training Managers across Aseptic Manufacturing working closely together to ensure aligned implementation of the corporate training process.
