Role Overview
Ramboll is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Energy Transition team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage complex energy transition projects, driving innovation and sustainability in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of project management processes for energy transition projects.
- Oversee project-level planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing risks and challenges specific to the energy transition landscape.
- Foster strategic relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance project outcomes and promote sustainable practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in managing large and complex projects within the Energy sector.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of energy transition technologies, policies, and market trends.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software, with a keen eye for incorporating sustainable practices.
- Experience in navigating regulatory frameworks and fostering partnerships in the energy transition landscape.
