Business Controller

Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) is seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Business Controller, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our asset transfer and fund restructuring processes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare comprehensive packages related to asset transfers, co-investments, reallocations, and restructuring, ensuring accurate and clear communication of complex issues.
- Provide detailed information about asset transfers and related activities to the project management office (PMO).
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Present complex packages during Signing Sessions, explaining intricate issues clearly and understandably.
- Oversee and coordinate with external service providers and advisors to ensure seamless execution of asset transfers and related processes.
- Ensure applicable processes, contracts, and agreements are integrated with Finance, and set up and present internal information and Q&A sessions to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Initiate and facilitate internal process improvements and standardize processes across CFO areas to enhance efficiency.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in asset management, fund administration, or related fields.
- Solid background in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comprehensive analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Danish, both verbal and written, as well as great communication skills.
- Ability to work in an international, efficient, and highly varied environment.
