About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Perceptive Product Specialist to join our sensory team at Fertin Pharma A/S. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating our professional descriptive expert panels, ensuring high validity and quality of sensory tests.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintenance of sensory expert panels, including performance follow-ups and rescreening of new panelists.
  2. Panel training and development of competencies within specific areas of interest.
  3. Sample preparation and labeling for testing, both internally and externally.
  4. Planning, setup, and facilitation of sensory evaluations with trained panels.
  5. Necessary documentation and data collection in connection with sensory panelist training.
  6. Adherence to relevant methodology and alignment with Fertin's Ways of Working.
  7. Collaboration with other sensory scientists on statistical analysis and reporting of findings.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in food science, behavioural science, molecular biology, or process technology with experience in industrial applied sensory analysis.
  • Working knowledge of broad Sensory Methodologies and basic statistical knowledge, including uni- and multivariate analyses.
  • Excellent documentation skills and a meticulous approach to quality assurance.
  • Experience with EyeQuestion software and XLSTAT is an advantage.
  • A proactive approach to tasks and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Danish and English languages.

Earnings Estimate

The estimated salary range for this role is approximately €45,000 - €65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location factors. This estimate may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
