Rare Opportunity to Drive ERP Transition

NKT Cables Group is embarking on a comprehensive transformation project to merge three existing ECC platforms into a unified S/4Hana platform. As Chief Architect for Planning, Production & Warehousing, you will play a key role in shaping the future architecture and ensuring seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the architectural team to drive the transition process, leveraging expertise in Planning, Production & Warehousing to inform decision-making.
  • Evaluate and maintain the current ECC platforms until migrated to S/4Hana, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and derive an ERP strategy aligned with NKT's goals.
  • Advocate standardization, scalability, and platform efficiency while considering the diverse nature of NKT's business.
  • Guide technical teams and external partners in developing, configuring, and implementing solutions that meet design standards and enterprise architecture guidelines.
  • Maintain quality and adherence to SAP Solution Extensions across projects and programs.
  • Orient stakeholders through workshops to ensure they adopt the best solution for NKT's needs.
  • Contribute to system configuration, ALM upgrades, and testing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, especially in complex enterprise setups with a strong background in PP, APO domains.
  • Experience working with large-scale transformation programs, particularly with S/4Hana.
  • Proven track record of drafting and executing successful ERP strategies and roadmaps.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP Architecture and technology, as well as relevant tools like SAP SAC or SAP Embedded analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders at all levels.

Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per annum
