About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead our unified ERP solution project. This is a rare opportunity to shape the direction of our future architecture and drive solutions across platforms and stakeholders.

As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for setting the direction for our SAP S/4Hana architecture within Planning, Production & Warehousing. You will work closely with business stakeholders to clarify their business purposes and derive a clear ERP strategy.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Sharing responsibility for the architectural transition, providing SME expertise in Planning, Production & Warehousing, and contributing to the overall transition in other areas.
  • Ensuring short-term architectural maintenance of the three current ECC platforms until migrated to ONE ERP on S/4Hana.
  • Engaging with business stakeholders to clarify their business purposes and derive a clear ERP strategy.
  • Advocating standardization, scalability, and platform efficiency, considering the different nature of business within NKT.
  • Guiding the engineering team/external partners to develop, configure, and implement solutions as per design standards defined by you and the architect team.
  • Monitoring the work of the technical team and ensuring standards are adhered to in accordance with SAP's Solution Extensions.
  • Orchestrating the sequence of multiple projects and programs to ensure pace, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Contributing to system configuration, ALM, upgrades, larger tests, etc.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience from a similar role in a complex enterprise set-up, especially with a solid background in the PP, APO domain.
  • 5+ years' experience working with large-scale transformation programs, especially with some experience working with S/4 Hana.
  • Experience drafting and executing ERP strategies and roadmaps successfully.
  • Extensive experience translating business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Architecture and technology, with perhaps previous experience with other relevant tools, such as SAP SAC, SAP Business Objects, or SAP S/4HANA Embedded analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
