Job Description

The Lead Marketing Designer will be responsible for successful conception and execution of visual creative direction on assigned projects that successfully pushes the Ageras brand forward. This role will lead and manage the design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the revenue organization to understand marketing goals and develop creative strategies that support those objectives.
  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, landing pages, and print collateral.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Work closely with the Head of Design to develop and implement design processes that enhance efficiency and creativity within the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, a bachelor's degree in Communication Design, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in marketing design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide variety of projects, excellent communication skills, proven leadership experience, proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant tools, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
