Are you Veo's next Head of Strategy & Execution?

We seek a Head of Strategy & Execution to steer Veo's future strategic initiatives and work directly with the executive leadership team. Are you a strategic thinker with a talent for structuring plans and a passion for corporate strategic planning? If so, you are the person we seek to join our team here at Veo Technologies.

In this role, you own and facilitate the prioritization of Veo's cross-functional and corporate initiatives, ensuring a clear sense of the direction, timing, activities, and priorities we are pursuing to succeed in our goals. You will drive the development and execution of strategies that enhance our competitive position and support our long-term vision. Qualifications:
  • Several years of management consultancy experience combined with corporate transformation experience.
  • Experience working with C-level stakeholders and diverse teams as a servant leader and steward of economic and customer value.
  • Enhanced team and business communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Structured problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and communicate with various stakeholders. Constructive team member while being a leader at heart.
  • Comfortable delivering and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Proactively seeks high-impact work.
  • A great sense of responsibility, being proactive and resourceful.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience steering experienced teams.
  • Contributes energy towards creating a positive team spirit.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
  • Corporate strategic planning.
  • Driving and prioritizing Veo's cross-functional and corporate projects.
  • Business development includes assessing new market opportunities, challenging Veo's product roadmap, and participating in M&A.
  • Reporting to the Board on the development of Veo's strategic roadmap.
  • Strategic sparring partner to Veo's CEO.
