Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies that meet the needs of our customers, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Contract Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts with customers, ensuring that all agreements are mutually beneficial.
  • Business Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the marine industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
