About the Job

We're seeking a skilled and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to support our European Marine sales team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Providing top-notch customer service and support
  2. Driving sales growth through strategic account management
  3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  5. Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven Track Record in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Technical Aptitude and familiarity with industrial/technical products
  • Fluency in German and English
  • CRM Tool Proficiency (Salesforce Preferred)
  • Commercial Acumen with a focus on customer needs and process improvement
