About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Training Manager to join our IT Quality and Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and driving continuous improvement on framework training in Global IT, with a focus on innovative solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and design metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training and other awareness initiatives.
  • Create and maintain training content in collaboration with subject matter experts from the IT organization.
  • Trend and report on quality deliverables for management reporting.
