About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with EASA regulations and globally recognized quality standards for devices stationed at Nordic training centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the training centre and technical managers regarding certification matters.
  • Assist technical managers in maintaining schedules to ensure timely completion of FSTD evaluations.
  • Collaborate with technical managers to establish programs aligning simulators with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee quality control to meet milestones mandated by regulators concerning objective testing of devices.
  • Monitor preparations for recurrent evaluations, tracking progress on findings and providing reports as necessary.
  • Analyse and offer feedback to technical staff regarding objective test runs required for certification.
  • Ensure adherence to FTOM procedures and promote best practices within the technical department.
  • Create effective solutions for issues arising during evaluations without compromising device certification.
Requirements:
  • Degree in aviation management, engineering, law, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the aviation sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant aviation regulations and standards (EASA).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of managing compliance programs.

The estimated salary for this position is 60,000 - 80,000 SEK per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
