Senior Business Process Optimization Manager

At Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A., we seek a highly skilled Senior Business Process Optimization Manager to join our global Offshore Execution Equipment Management (EQM) team. This role is critical in ensuring end-to-end business process optimization and seamless system integration along the Equipment Management value chain.

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in business process optimization and system integration, possessing expertise in SAP4Hana, particularly in the SD, LE, and MM modules.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in an IT-related field or business administration, with a strong link to IT. Proven experience (5+ years) in business process optimization and system integration is essential.

Responsibilities include identifying, scoping, and executing business process improvements, acting as the core advisor for the Head of Offshore Equipment Management, and driving efficiency across the Offshore Equipment Management value chain.

  • Identify and scope business process improvements in offshore tools & equipment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in an IT-related field or business administration
  • 5+ years of experience in business process optimization and system integration
  • Expertise in SAP4Hana, particularly in the SD, LE, and MM modules
