Senior Leader in Transport Equipment Management

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Leader to join our Offshore Execution Equipment Management (EQM) team as the Team Lead of Transport Equipment & Return.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of TEQ Demand and Equipment Return Flow Managers, owning on-time delivery of all required transport equipment to Nacelle / Blade factories and external Tower suppliers. In addition, they will lead the pro-active return flow management, ensuring return of components from offshore execution projects in line with portfolio requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Shape and develop the Transport Equipment and Equipment Return Flow Team, setting the direction in operational management and strategic development/process improvements.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of required TEQ to factories and external vendors, enabling undisrupted production.
  • Own the optimization of the TEQ delivery process to SGRE Offshore factories and external tower suppliers.
  • Lead the implementation of pro-active return flow management of tools & equipment and transport equipment from our offshore execution projects and service.
  • Actively manage core stakeholders across offshore factories and central COG interfaces.
  • Drive the development of individual team members and the team overarchingly.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in management, supply chain management, logistics, or a similar field.
  • Leadership skills, either through first-line management exposure or managing cross-functional project teams.
  • Familiarity with pro-actively navigating complex stakeholder environments and building sustainable networks.
  • Previous experience in the wind power industry and understanding of the TEQ and return flow process is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Pro-activeness, drive, and persistence.
  • The ability to communicate confidently in English across all levels of the organization.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate a salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
