Our department, Strategic Sustainability Consulting, operates under Ramboll Management Consulting, specializing in the intersection of business and sustainability across various sectors, including Energy, Infrastructure, Waste, Water, and Buildings. We are currently seeking talented professionals to enhance our capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Play a vital role in executing integrated Due Diligence for both buy-side and sell-side projects, managing multiple workstreams or leading your own. Synthesize insights from Technical, Regulatory, and Commercial experts to present to senior management, focusing on strategic options, benchmarking, and financial outcomes. Conduct financial assessments to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement. Perform market and competitor research, engaging in management consulting tasks such as market evaluations, feasibility analyses, and operational assessments. Develop business cases to evaluate feasibility and potential advantages. Assist in business development and sales efforts, including project proposals, client presentations, and comprehensive reports.

Required Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, with a strong academic record. 2-4 years of relevant experience in M&A, banking, consulting, or strategic roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating a methodical approach. An ambitious mindset, focused on excellence and making a significant impact in sustainable transformation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in delivering presentations. Strong organizational, time management, and research capabilities. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. A passion for sustainability and a desire to influence industry practices and drive the green transition.
