About the Energy Transition Team

Our Energy Transition team is experiencing substantial growth, and we are looking for strategic consultants who are eager to engage with complex energy issues. You will collaborate with a highly skilled team and a robust partner network, tackling intricate challenges for both public and private sector clients. Our work spans the entire energy value chain, assisting clients in navigating complex energy markets and establishing next-generation utilities and technologies.

Your Role

In this position, you will either support or lead the execution of strategic consulting projects, which includes managing teams and engaging with senior clients. You will also play a key role in business development efforts for both new and existing clients, while contributing to the advancement of innovative methodologies within our Energy Transition team.

We provide comprehensive expertise to guide our clients through the energy transition. Our capabilities encompass strategy development, operational excellence, and transaction advisory services. We have specialized teams focused on offshore wind, power-to-X, electric vehicles, energy regulation, carbon capture, utilization and storage, sustainability, and more. Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are inquisitive, ambitious, and eager to learn. Given the responsibility of managing projects and leading teams, a minimum of five years of management consulting experience or equivalent is required.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience as a management consultant from reputable firms
  • Background in the energy sector or a strong interest in climate initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant analytical tools
  • A positive, energetic, and goal-oriented approach with a commitment to excellence
  • Team-oriented mindset, recognizing the strength of collaborative efforts
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Danish and English
  • A master’s degree with a strong academic record
