Fintech Client Advocate

We are a Danish FinTech company with a clear mission: Delivering innovative spend management solutions for corporations globally. As a strategic partner to banks, card issuers, processors, and financial institutions, we empower card issuers with cutting-edge technology.
About the JobWe are seeking a skilled student to join our commercial and support team as a Customer Success Associate (10-20 hours/week). In this role, you will drive customer onboarding, provide professional service, and identify opportunities for solution improvements and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Onboarding: Facilitate seamless client onboarding onto the Cardlay Expense platform. Provide training and support for a smooth transition and positive customer experience.
- Product Demonstrations: Assist new business development and ensure usage of features and solutions by existing clients.
- Customer Support: Advise and assist customers with product-related questions.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market and customer research to identify gaps, trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth and improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial team, UX, and development teams to ensure alignment of efforts.
- A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Danish and/or another Nordic language is advantageous.
- Interest in technology and the fintech industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office 365 and general understanding of IT systems.
You'll gain valuable experience and knowledge within the fintech sector. You'll work closely with our development teams and learn how to use relevant tools like Jira and Zendesk. As a part of one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the world, you'll be working in an innovative entrepreneurial atmosphere with great professionalism and self-responsible work.
Hours and Location10-20 hours/week. Copenhagen or Odense. Estimated salary: DKK 25,000 - 35,000 per month.
