Denne stilling er en fuldtidsstilling ved Royal Greenland, som er kunde hos NTT DATA Business Solutions, arbejdsstedet er på Royal Greenlands hovedkontor i Nuuk. Der anvises ikke bolig til stillingen.

Dine opgaver vil være:

  • 1st og 2nd level support sammen med 2 kollegaer i Servicedesk teamet på Grønland
  • Support på skrift, telefonisk og ansigt til ansigt
  • Support på hardware og software for interne medarbejdere
  • Administration af Microsoft-, Citrix-løsninger samt hardware håndtering for medarbejdere

Desuden forventer vi:

  • Minimum 3 års erfaring med IT Support
  • Erfaring med Microsoft OS. Specielt Windows 10 (fordel med kendskab til Windows server)
  • Erfaring med Office pakken (O365), antivirus, IOS / Android
  • Du har gode kommunikative evner – både skriftligt og mundtligt - på grønlandsk og dansk, derudover vil engelsk være en fordel.
  • Du er stabil, meget serviceminded og fleksibel
  • Du er god til at bevare overblikket i pressede situationer
  • Du er god til at vidensdele vigtige informationer med dine kollegaer
  • Forstår vigtigheden af at være Servicedesks ansigt og stemme internt og ud af huset
  • Du skal kunne rejse til Royal Greenlands afdelinger i Grønland
