Exciting Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Transformation Specialist with a focus on Commercial solutions to support one of the most significant business transformations currently underway in the Nordic region: the implementation of the Unibake Business Platform which includes Microsoft Dynamics 365FO and other solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You'll manage and upgrade our Unibake Business Platform (including MS Dynamics CRM), lead super user forums, and maintain our documentation sharp. Be the go-to expert for incident support, tackle critical issues, and drive innovation by staying on top of industry trends.
- Collaborate with Business Process Managers (BPMs) and architects to drive the Change Request (CR) process, participating actively in version and release upgrades of the Unibake Business Platform.
- Assist the BPM in standardizing and optimizing business processes, maintaining delivery from roll-out projects using standardized approaches for solutions and documentation.
- Provide third-line support for incidents and service requests, coordinating problem resolution for the designated solution area, and join task force meetings for critical incidents (P1-P2).
- Monitor external trends and propose future developments for roadmap planning within the solution area.
What We Offer
As a Transformation Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary range of approximately 55000-70000 DKK per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience, plus additional benefits that contribute to your overall well-being.
