Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our Digital Sales & Marketing Department and global Customer Engagement team at our Headquarters in Hedehusene. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital customer experience and driving impactful design changes for our new website redesign project.
Key Responsibilities- Define and validate key user journeys across platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Lead UX processes and requirements gathering for the new website redesign, collaborating with cross-functional teams and agencies.
- Identify customer and business needs across digital platforms, shaping these into high-level wireframes/prototypes and detailed specs.
- Take ownership of the design system and UI Library, championing their use and advancing the development of the components library and style guide.
- Support product owners in describing user goals and drafting user stories for implementation.
- Develop a strategy for collecting and leveraging customer survey data to inform UX decisions across projects.
- Ensure designs meet UX and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Facilitate workshops and collect inputs from markets and customers on key requirements and user needs.
- 6+ years of experience as a UX / Digital Designer or similar.
- Functional expertise in user experience design practices, methods, and theories.
- Proficient in managing design workflows and tackling projects with ease.
- Experience in utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to drive design decisions.
- Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and work within tight timelines.
- Strong ability to present ideas to stakeholders and management and secure buy-in.
- Exceptional English skills, both spoken and written.
- Hands-on experience and expert knowledge of Figma and various tools (e.g., Storybook, Chromatic, Google Analytics).
- Good facilitation skills and capable of facilitating workshops with stakeholders at various levels.
