We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to drive our sales efforts and contribute to our continued success in the Nordics.

About the Job:

  • Expand sales to new clients & achieve annual quotas for Sapiens Insurance and Digital product offerings in the Nordic region.
  • Build opportunity pipeline and manage opportunity plans to win.
  • Define, develop, and execute the sales strategy, as well as the full sales cycle, from initiation to closure.
  • Accurately assess and qualify opportunities to ensure sales effort and resource are expended effectively.
  • Undertake lead generation activities to drive penetration of target organisations and generate new logo acquisition.
  • Develop compelling business cases to justify investment in Sapiens's solutions.
  • Engage with Senior Business management and C-level executives to progress sales opportunities.
  • Provide weekly updates on sales forecast to enable sales management to consolidate accurate projections.

Your Profile:

  • 10+ years of complex software sales experience within the Insurance industry.
  • Prioritise customer needs and detect new opportunities.
  • A proven track record of high-value deals ($5m+) end-to-end management is a must.
  • Broad business understanding of P&C and/or L&P, including technology and platforms available.
  • Influence and build trusted relationships at clients up to C-level executives.
  • Lead teams for large deal pursuits.
  • Will travel extensively throughout the region.
  • Excellent English required; additional languages an advantage.
  • Collaborative – a team player.
  • Experienced working with multinational corporate companies.
