Renewable Energy Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead our project portfolio in the renewable energy industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing product roadmaps, aligning solutions with market needs, and guiding complex projects across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead project manager, supporting Product Strategy initiatives, including architecture and modularization projects.
- Cooperate with project managers to support each other's growth and development.
- Plan and oversee the combined Architecture & Roadmaps portfolio, ensuring seamless execution of activities.
- Initiate new projects within the portfolio and maintain high-quality project baselines.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating good analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business and transformation projects.
- At least 8 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in project management within complex, large-scale global organizations.
- Formal training and certification in project management are preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in the wind energy industry is beneficial but not essential.
