About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Renewable Energy Portfolio Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Onshore Products team, you will play a crucial role in developing Vestas' most competitive onshore turbine generations. Your expertise will help drive innovation and success in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate governance meetings to ensure our portfolio engine room is working efficiently.
- Support onshore management with portfolio planning and budgeting to achieve the right balance between risk, timeline, project budget, and resources.
- Develop and maintain Onshore product release plans and monitor ongoing onshore product program activities.
- Report to management on onshore product portfolio performance, including budget, risk, quality, and delivery metrics.
- Act as an ambassador for portfolio management best practices, culture, and behavior within the company.
- 5-7+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Management Consultancy, Accounting, or related fields.
- Desirable background in wind energy industry, but not mandatory.
- Result-focused approach throughout the project team, focusing on opportunities rather than obstacles.
- Maintain sight on overall targets and commitments, staying focused despite challenges.
- Holistic view and general knowledge, able to bridge stakeholders' needs.

Location and SalaryThe primary work location of the team is in Aarhus, Denmark. The estimated salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, based on local standards and market rates.
