About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our Digital Workplace Department at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing communication and adoption campaigns to drive digital transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication strategies to promote digital tools and services, ensuring seamless adoption and usage among employees.
- Analyze user needs and feedback to inform the development of effective communication campaigns.
- Design and deliver engaging presentations to employees globally, both virtually and in-person.
- Collaborate with product teams to plan and execute the annual Digital Workplace Festival.
Requirements:
- Relevant master's degree and 2+ years of experience in communication, branding, consultancy, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools and end-user segmentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- Full professional proficiency in written and oral English and Danish.
