Project Cost Engineer Lead

">We are currently seeking a seasoned Cost Engineer to join our client’s team on a 12-month contract basis.

- To contribute to the development of effective project plans, incorporating cost management strategies and best practices.">
- To lead and manage small to medium-sized project teams, guiding them towards achieving project objectives.">
Responsibilities:

- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify actual costs against estimated costs.">

- Engage with external consultants and specialists to leverage their expertise and enhance cost management capabilities.">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent level of industry-based experience.">
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost engineering, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven cost management solutions.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.">
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.">
