About The Barn

The Barn is our in-house agency established in 2019 to help our global and local brands win in a world of increasing media complexity. We work interdisciplinary and are curious, data driven, and result oriented. Our teams consist of specialists within strategy, planning, media buying as well as other nice colleagues in creative production, data analysis, tech and creative development.

Your Role

  • Media Campaign Development: You'll be at the forefront of our media campaigns, playing a pivotal role in shaping the presence of our brands. You'll be largely, but not solely, responsible for planning media campaigns from early briefing to execution and evaluation.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with brand managers, creatives, media specialists, and strategists to clarify brand objectives, target audiences and translating them into effective media approaches.
  • Media Recommendations: Together with our media and tech specialists you will be responsible for creating and presenting media recommendations across paid and owned media.
  • Industry Insights and Knowledge Sharing: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media planning, and share your knowledge internally.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with our creative, tech, and data teams, to ensure consistent brand messaging throughout campaigns.
  • Brand Excellence: Ensure brand guidelines and media best practices are key in the planning process.

Requirements

You know how a media agency works from within, and know of the process from briefing, to planning, execution, and evaluation. You have experience with media planning from a similar position at an agency or in-house, and you possess knowledge of digital ad ecosystems as well as META, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat.

You thrive in an environment with multiple stakeholders and love to listen and learn. You're equally a motivator and a problem solver who knows the details of a given brand's campaigns while keeping stakeholders inspired on the media landscape and the possibilities that arise.

As a person, we expect you to be nice, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with presentations and close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization.
