Biotechnology Project Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Biotechnology Project Development Director to join our team at AGC Biologics.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing program direction for planning, organizing, developing, and integrating projects across multiple functional areas. They will closely monitor and control project progression to ensure timely completion within budget and report progress to key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans to meet business objectives.
- Closely monitor and control project progression to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Serve as liaison with client contacts, manage day-to-day communications, and organize project team meetings.
- Represent the company in project meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Prepare Project Change Orders with inputs from key stakeholders.
- Foster effective communication, cooperation, and trust with clients.
- Collaborate with team members across all business units and with the management team to ensure coordination of efforts and real-time communication with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
AGC Biologics offers a highly competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
