Wind Energy Project Manager for Sustainable Change

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Bid Manager to join our international Business Intelligence & Sales function, supporting Ramboll's global wind division with client & market insights. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving project-specific bid processes end-to-end and ensuring timely submission of high-quality, client-centric proposals.
Your Key Responsibilities- Proactively lead the entire bid process, coordinating efforts of Ramboll's global engineering and advisory teams in the wind division to ensure submission of high-quality, customer-tailored proposals.
- Spearhead the creation of a bid strategy by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing compelling value propositions, and guiding tender teams in planning and creating proposals aligned with agreed strategies.
- Plan, prepare, and compile compelling, well-written, and precise proposals and bid documents.
- Utilize and manage Ramboll's internal tools and processes (e.g., CRM, project excellence, decision gates) to track and develop opportunities efficiently, streamline project team communication, and consolidate required inputs from relevant teams.
- Enhance sales processes, tools, templates, and standard contents to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field or applicable disciplines (e.g., Business Administration, Business Communication, Engineering), or equivalent relevant experience.
- Relevant experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level expected).
- Experienced team player with strong project management skills who is expected to work with minimal supervision.
- Customer-focused approach as well as solution-oriented and structured way of working.
- Familiarity with public/private procurement processes and commercial, contractual, and execution models.
