Job Description

This is a new role in GomSpace that gives you a high level of influence in shaping the company's culture and people strategy. It requires that you are able to think and act operationally, tactically, and strategically in the Culture & People field. This is also a hands-on job.

The overall purpose of the job is to ensure a high professional level of attraction, onboarding, retention, and development of the right professionals in GomSpace.

Your Profile

We imagine you have a relevant education at the Master level.

You are excellent in English – both oral and written. Danish is not mandatory.

You have relevant experience from a similar People & Culture role in an international engineering environment. You also have relevant experience from implementing the People & Culture methods and framework in an international organization.

As a person, you have strong people skills. You can demonstrate autonomy, good interpersonal skills, and natural authority. You are strong, structured, solid, organized, and a "Do'er".

You are an excellent communicator and an effective stakeholder manager.

People, also at a senior level, find it natural to engage with you as a people coach and valuable enabler of high-performance teams.
