We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our People & Culture team at Beritech A/S. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities- HR Master Data Management: Validate and analyze HR master data to support business-critical decisions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to collective agreements and relevant legislation.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee-related matters, both nationally and internationally.
- Training and Development: Develop and maintain internal training programs, including onboarding and competence development for both employees and contractors.
- Process Improvement: Ensure the ongoing development and maintenance of various processes, including leave, sickness, and parental leave.
- HR Handbook and Policies: Maintain the employee handbook, templates, and policies.
- Education: Relevant education, such as a Master's degree in HR or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR operations.
- Legislation and Industry Knowledge: Solid experience with labor law and industry agreements, as well as collaboration with the Danish Industry.
- Organizational Skills: Structured, persistent, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of detail.
- International Experience: Experience working with international organizations is a plus.
