Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team in central Copenhagen. This full-time position offers excellent commuting options and provides an opportunity to work with a small local finance team, collaborating with a Regional Delivery Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project administration, including the initiation and closure of projects.
  2. Oversee invoicing and creditor processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  3. Support the organisation by acting as a liaison between the local team and the Regional Delivery Centre.
  4. Participate in payroll processing by coordinating correspondence, communicating local information, and handling pension invoices and company cars.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in accounting, including bookkeeping, debtors, project accounting, and payroll.
  2. Strong numerical, organisational, and administrative skills.
  3. Proficiency in Excel and an interest in systems.
  4. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  5. Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
  6. Knowledge of Maconomy is a plus.
